This is still a WIP. Something about it is very sloppy. Of course, I did do it in about twenty or thirty minutes. :shrug:

The "lyrics" in this manip aren't even lyrics, but more, just a thought of mine that popped into my head. It might be a line in someone's song somewhere, but not that I know of. I was listening to "Mad World" by Gary Jules, and could relate. :boing:

I tried a light gradient map, just to experiment. I originally was going for cyans to give it a whole lot more of a lonely feeling. But again, I was thinking of the song "Mad World", which gave me(maybe not other people - or was it even intended?) an undertone of happiness (???) or something about acceptance of the horrid world. Something like that ...
Anyway, I decided to go with red to also give this an undertone of maybe happiness, hence the sun rays, because here, the horse is discovering(in dreams anyway) that he isn't alone after all. At least until he wakes up ... :3

I think the picture is good, but the flutterby is too much -- or at least too clearly defined to look real, harmonious. The mere fast that the horse it looking up at the sky is great. And the atmosphere is perfectly adapted.
